Let’s start with the weather—because, well, we’re Irish and we always do! It was technically winter, but if you closed your eyes and ignored the chill in the air (and maybe the frost on the lens), you might have believed it was summer. That’s the beauty of Irish sunny winter weather: the sun is shining, sure—but it’s mostly for decoration. One guest joked that they got sunburned and frostbite on the same day. We can neither confirm nor deny!

On a blissful summer day, August 26th, 2023, love unfolded its wings at the enchanting Bellinter House in Navan, co. Meath.
